As of today, I haven’t had a cigarette in 12 weeks.
Yesterday, I overslept, and was lazy around the house all day. It didn’t occur to me until quite late in the day that I had forgotten to put on a fresh patch.
I decided that, as an experiment, I’d see what it would be like to just call it quits on the patches.
It didn’t go to well. I was really irritable, had trouble sleeping, and all the other crap that comes along with nicotine withdrawl. So, I put on a 7mg patch today. I’m sticking with the program. I’ll be nicotine-free two weeks from today.
Bicycling summary for week 12:
Real Miles: 30.85
Trainer Miles: 9.02
Total Miles: 39.87
That’s a little better 🙂
