I spent the morning winterizing the Trek. I took off the clipless pedals and put on regular ones so I can wear my office shoes and not have to dick around worrying about shoes all the time. Santa left a pair of 700×35 Hakkapeliittas under my tree, so I got those mounted. The rear dérailleur was acting up, so I adjusted it a little.

I took a little ride around to make sure everything worked. It did, but I wasn’t dressed appropriately, and I got cold.

I seem to have lost the ability to pick out the right clothes for the temperature. I’m either freezing to death or sweating my ass off.
